Valentine’s Day Forever-Is It Really Possible?
Valentine’s Day comes only once in a year, and no wonder that as soon as it hits us, we immediately focus all of our attention to our better half. Our better half was there with us even yesterday, but at that time we didn’t care about them so much as we are doing now. We plan to pamper our partner will all the goodies, be it flowers, expensive gifts, chocolates, etc.
Valentine’s Day, as it is conventionally celebrated, looks like just another fad and a way for commercial vendors to squeeze money out of our wallets. If we truly want to celebrate love in the right spirit, we need to do something so that our love lasts beyond Valentine’s Day, throughout the whole year. But how is that possible? That is exactly what I am going to teach you in this article!
In case you don’t know already, I am a marriage counselor and my job is to offer advice to couples whose marital relations have gone somewhat haywire. Okay, so it happened that one day I met a lady who complained that her husband no longer loves her the way he used to. For example, he would keep his drawing room and the kitchen untidy, refuse to accept any suggestion offered by my client or to go to places my client wishes to visit, or even socialize like her. All in all, my client felt that love between them had ‘dried up’.
I simply suggested her to appreciate her husband’s admirable qualities before offering him any of her suggestions. I asked her to run this test for a full one week and report me back with the results. The next time I met her, she was totally jubilant, and the reason behind that was not too hard for one to guess.
Unlike before, her husband now lends a patient ear to whatever suggestion she has to offer him, keeps all the rooms tidy and clean, and even pampers her once in a while. What is more, he has also started socializing with his wife’s friends and doesn’t hesitate to travel with her too! All in all, their relationship has become much better than what it was a week ago. And all this started with a simple change she made!
Remember that we human beings are always insecure and crave for some appreciation from someone very close to us. If you learn to appreciate your partner’s admirable qualities which made you fall in love with him in the first place, he won’t mind if you later point out some of his not-so-good qualities. It is like offering sugar to a child before asking him to take the bitter stuff; if you try to push the bitter stuff to him at first, he won’t take it.
It is also important to explicitly state how much you love your partner. Many people safely assume that their partner ‘knows it all’, but that may not be the case with everyone. Your partner wants not only tacit but also an explicit expression of love from you; so speak up! This one simple change would keep the candle of Valentine’s Day burning in your relationship forever!
Valentine’s Day and Yoga-Are They Related?
Ever heard of Bhakti Yoga? You may be wondering what yoga has to do with Valentine’s Day, but that is what I am going to clarify in this article. The fact remains that Valentine’s Day comes only once in a year, and that too, lasts only for one day! Often our wishes remain unfulfilled, and our heart pines for one more moment of love.
With the power of yoga, you can celebrate each and everyday as a day of love instead of being confined to just 14th February! That is the awesome power of Bhakti Yoga!
According to Bhakti Yoga, we must first learn to love ourselves unconditionally, for unless we provide ourselves unconditional love, how could we gift it to others? Only after we have learned to love ourselves can we spread the same love around the world and embrace others in it as well!
As you might have guessed, Bhakti Yoga is not for those who are too selfish to love anyone beyond their soulmate. Believe it or not, love cannot be confined to a single person or object; if your heart is truly full of love, you would spread love and cheer among everyone who comes in contact with you. That is Bhakti Yoga for you!
Many people believe that love is an art which needs to be cultivated and practiced. I don’t believe it. You may or may not know the art of love, but that really doesn’t matter; what matters is whether your love is coming from the innermost depths of your heart or your head. When love comes from your head rather than heart, it becomes a ‘mechanical love’ that cannot bring cheer among others!
You can express your love in many ways, be it by exchanging a simile, or shaking hands together, or simply by complimenting each other; you can also express it by forgiving your sworn enemy, involving yourself in social and charitable activities, or even offering justice to someone innocent.
Believe me, when your heart is full of love, you will know it; every cell, every part of your body would be vibrating with the energy of love, so much so that you would find it difficult to confine it to yourself or to your partner! In short, you will become the very embodiment of love and spread happiness and joy in the world!
This year, don’t let your love be confined to your bedroom. Spread it around your neighborhood and beyond, and you will find the ultimate spiritual peace everyone wishes for!
Top 4 Weird Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas!
Gifts conventionally associated with Valentine’s Day are flowers, expensive jewelry, chocolates, sweets, expensive dinners, etc. However, chances are that your Valentine is already bored of getting the same old types of gifts every year, so why bore her any more this year? She wants you to gift her something different, so why not surprise her with a rather unexpected gift that would not only make her happy but also remember this Valentine’s Day for several years to come! And there is no need to freak out as the gifts I am recommending in this article are as affordable as they could be!

These shirts are available both for males and females. They shirts are sound-activated and a great way to get yourself noticed! T-Equalizer Shirts also come with an EQ panel which is further connected to a battery package! I am sure you and your partner would have lots of fun with these shirts!

Obviously, whatever ’secret’ it ‘reveals’ shouldn’t be taken at face value, for it is obviously not the truth, but it is a good entertainer for both of you!
3. Personalized gift newspapers: No, you don’t need to go into a newspaper publishing house for this. All you need to do is to write something truly romantic and personalized for your partner, and then visit an old newspaper printing press which doesn’t use computers to print newspapers. They would print your words in a way that they would look like words handwritten on authentic newsprint!
You see, this is a truly rare gift and your partner would be taken by surprise when you offer the gift newspaper to her. She would at once know how special she is for you! These gift newspapers may also have romantic articles printed on both sides for your partner to enjoy!

Top 4 Ways to Make Your Valentine Feel Special on
Top 4 Ways to Make Your Valentine Feel Special on Valentine’s Day!
What is Valentine’s Day all about? It is a day of celebration of love and romance. Now, how could you express your love to your sweetheart? There are many ways to do it. You can simply look at her in a romantic way to let her know about your true feelings towards her, or you can touch her in a soft, lovely way!
Whether you look at her or touch her, your eyes or hands must express your innermost feelings very clearly and convey to your sweetheart how much you love and care about them!
Many couples use Valentine’s Day as an occasion to demonstrate their love for their partners, which is what it should be like. Your partner may know that you love them, but how about stating it more explicitly so that there are no more doubts left on your partner’s mind? That is what you can do on Valentine’s Day. You can offer your sweetheart something really exquisite to make this Valentine’s Day memorable for both of you!
Some couples also use the occasion of Valentine’s Day to rejuvenate their somewhat ‘dry’ relationship. If you feel that the sparks of love don’t exist in your relationship any longer, use Valentine’s Day to bring back those sparks again! There are numerous ways to make your partner feel special on this day, some of which I am going to mention in this article.
1. Do something unique: On Valentine’s Day, do something unique for her, or buy her something really special! It could be anything from buying a bunch of red roses or a set of diamond rings, to simply preparing a fragrant, warm bubble bath for her. The main thing to note is that you should do something you don’t normally do, so as to surprise your partner!
2. Kiss her a love kiss: Kissing is one of the most common ways to express your love for your soulmate, and you don’t need a bedroom for that either! For example, let’s say that both of you are driving on a highway. You may stop your car half-way at a lonely place, loosen the seatbelts of both of you and plant a loving kiss on your sweetheart’s lips. Then take away your mouth so as not to suffocate her! Let her relax so both of you could become ready for another lip-lock!
3. Love letters: Don’t think that the good old love letters are pass; emails may seem to have replaced the old-fashioned custom of writing love letters, but no one said you couldn’t bend the rules! In fact, it is now even easier to win your partner’s heart by writing a sweet, romantic love letter to her because not many people write them nowadays owing to a rather hectic life!
4. SMS: Sending her a lovely SMS is yet another way to express your love. Make sure to make your SMS stand out from the hundreds of SMSs she maybe getting by telling something that she longs to hear from you. You could admire her beauty, her sensuality, or the way she carries herself off.
To make it even more special and strange, call her at a time you know she would be busy. That should really take her by surprise. Whatever message you send, be truthful and honest to yourself and your better half, for she is probably smart enough to catch a white lie!
Top 4 Valentine’s Day Gifts For Kids
Valentine’s Day is commonly regarded as the celebration of love and romance between a young man and woman, but that is not true at all. Valentine’s Day doesn’t just celebrate sexual love; it is a day for celebration of all kinds of love, be it the love we give to our parents, our children or friends. In this article I will tell you how you can use Valentine’s Day to show your love to your children!
Heart-shaped flowers, cards and chocolates shaped are the common gifts of the Valentine’s Day, but if you want, you can break this tradition by being a little creative. Gift your kids something different this year, something rather unexpected, and I am sure they would appreciate it!
Jewelry is one gift which is cherished equally by boys and girls. Jewelry doesn’t need to be expensive. You can gift your kids with something made of sterling silver but truth to be told, it is either platinum or gold which they love most! With that in mind, here are some ideas for the kind of jewelry you could buy your kids for Valentine’s Day.
1. Bracelets: Which girl doesn’t love bracelets? This year, gift your little girl a special bracelet with a heart-shaped charm. Heart-shaped charms come in a variety of sizes and colors, and you can pick the one which suits you best! For boys, ID bracelets with their names inscribed on them would surely make them happy!
2. Necklaces: These are all-time hits among children, especially little girls. Necklaces usually come in pendants of different sizes and shapes but since it is Valentine’s Day, you shouldn’t opt for anything else except a heart-shaped pendant! To make it even more special and unique, you can even ask the jeweler to inscribe your kid’s name on it!
3. Just like necklaces, lockets are also a favorite among little girls. I won’t recommend gifting her something ordinary though; since it is a Valentine’s Day gift for her, make sure to have her picture inside the locket and her name engraved on the outer part of the locket!
4. Watches: Watches are evergreen favorites among boys. Boys especially love the watches which come with a cool gizmo or two.
Okay, these are simple and fun gifts which you can buy your kids this Valentine’s day. They needn’t be expensive; you can always find a good bargain from your local dollar or thrift store. What matters is that you are showing your love to your kids by gifting them something special, and they will always remember you and this day for the unique gifts they received from you!
Top 4 Valentine’s Day Dressing Tips for Ladies!
No matter in which type of relationship you are: whether you are just getting hooked to someone, dating someone for quite sometime, or are happily married to your soul mate, Valentine’s Day is sure to make the two of you feel special!
In some households, it is frequently noticed that the man of the household does all the job of coming up with exciting new ideas for this day. However, you should also help your man in those activities so that he doesn’t feel stressed out and confused. Your job is not only to comfort your man but also to arouse his romantic side with your sensuality!
Now sensuality doesn’t mean wearing a ‘bare-all’ dress; most men don’t take it in good sense. You should certainly wear a sensual dress but one which doesn’t reveal all parts of your body. Remember that the more parts of your body are hidden from your man’s eyes, the more appealing you would look to him!
If you are confused about what to wear and what not for Valentine’s Day, here are some tips to help you out:
1. Choose the right color: It may occur to you that since red is the color of love, you should go for a red dress. However remember that very few women look sexy in red dresses. For short and curvy women, I would suggest that you go for some dark and solid color instead; if your dress has prints on it then make sure the prints are small in size as larger prints would make you look shorter, especially if you are not too tall.
If you are tall then you can of course go for the lighter shades. A dark skirt combined with a light-color top won’t look bad at all!
2. Don’t wear trousers: In order to look feminine, you should avoid trousers and jeans and wear the more feminine dresses such as skirts. Skirts are best if you have a short or curvy figure, but they would fit even if you are slim and tall! Some women are uncomfortable with short skirts which reveal their legs; if you are of that type, just get a skirt which stays just above your knees!
3. Wear boots: Boots not only look very sexy but are also pretty comfortable, especially those which come with heels! I personally recommend the Go-Go boot because it comes with a variety of colors!
4. Wear lingerie: This Valentine’s Day, make your partner go weak-kneed by wearing cool lingerie! Two-piece lingerie is good, but if you are uncomfortable in revealing your belly because it is not in ‘good shape’, you may want to try out a one-piece or go for the boy-shorts-set! Either way, you would look sexy and appealing!
Top 3 Ways to Find Your Soulmate for Valentine’s Day
Top 3 Ways to Find Your Soulmate for Valentine’s Day
If you are fortunate enough to have a soulmate, I am sure you have planned about all the gifts you would be showering on her. Maybe you have even made elaborate plans for the party you would be throwing in on February 14. However, if you are one of those unfortunate singles who is yet to find a partner, there is nothing to worry about!
I know it can be quite painful when you realize that you are alone while your other friends have found love for themselves. But keep in mind that all is not dark in the life of a single! In this article I will tell you how to find your true love on Valentine’s Day!
One thing you need to keep in mind is that if you think that your beloved would come begging to you for love, without you even venturing out, or if you think that you would get hooked to someone while sitting on your couch and watching your favorite movie, that is hardly going to happen. In this world, we have enough people to choose our soulmate from; so unless you are someone special like Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt, stop dreaming about ladies chasing you. In fact, you may need to do just the opposite: that is, chase the ladies!
In simple words, if you want to find love, you should stop procrastinating and take action! Go out and try to get hooked with ladies!
Okay okay, that may seem to be too vague for you so I would explain the whole thing to you in more detail!
Have you heard about speed dating? Imagine sitting in a room full of single, hot-blooded males just like you, and each of you taking a turn to have a date with a selected group of ladies. You get to chat with those ladies, have fun with them, and ask question or offer answers. I am sure you can understand how much fun it could be!
It is much better than getting bored at home or pining for new love on Valentine’s Day, right? What is more, if you are interested in a girl and would like to reveal some of your personal secrets to her, you can do that as well!
See how easy it is? But there are more ways to meet your soulmate.
How about online dating! You may think that it doesn’t work, but that is just a misconception. Some of the best and long-lasting relationships have started from online chat rooms and dating sites! If both of you are honest to each other, I am sure you would be able to find your soulmate here. This is particularly useful if you are either addicted to your computer or stuck to it all day owing to office work.
Then there is a third way to meet your date which I call ‘marketplace dating’. Of course, I am not saying that you would find your soulmate waiting for you at your local shopping mall or grocery store, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have a chance to get hitched to someone in such places either! These are fantastic places where lots of people meet and a smile on your face could connect you with a couple of hot ladies!
There is no reason to keep up with a mournful face on this day simply because you haven’t found your love. If you make enough effort, you are sure to fine one who could be your Valentine this year; if not, at least you would gain a new friend!
Top 3 Popular Valentine’s Day Symbols!
Which things do you relate to Valentine’s Day? The most common and popular symbols for Valentine’s day are red roses, Valentine’s day cards, candies, hearts, and of course, Cupid, the god of love! Among these symbols, Cupid obviously takes the top position, since it is he who ‘arranges’ love between couples! Often these symbols are used by lovers as tokens of love for their beloved. In this article I will give you brief details about each of these symbols so as to give you an idea of what they stand for!
1. Red rose: If turkey is inseparable from Thanksgiving day, red rose holds the same position for Valentine’s day! Roses in general symbolize love, friendship and compassion, but red roses mean only one thing: your affection and desire for your partner. If you offer a red rose to your partner, they would certainly get the ‘message’!
Now Cupid, the god of love, has another name: Eros. If you rearrange the letters of ‘rose’, it becomes ‘Eros’. So how could you separate rose from love? Plus it is believed that our heart is of red color, which matches well with the color of red rose. However, pink and crimson roses are also popular on Valentine’s day!
2. Cupids: Just like red roses, Cupids are also inseparable symbols of Valentine’s day. Cupid and love are so related that you hardly need to emphasize their relationship to anyone; even kids would know it is Valentine’s day if he happens to spot red hearts and cupids hanging in stores. Just like red roses, cupids are also red in color, and are quite cute and chubby in shape! No wonder that kids are fascinated with them!
Cupid, as I told you earlier, is the Roman god of passion and love. According to Roman mythology, he is the progeny of Venus (sometimes also called Aphrodite), the goddess of love and passion. Cupid is often symbolized as a little child with wings carrying bow and arrows! According to Roman mythology, if Cupid hits anyone with his arrow, he cannot help but fall in love instantly, then and there! So take care of Cupid and his arrows; it could strike you at any time and make you helpless!
3. Hearts: People generally believe that love and compassion resides in one’s heart. So if you give your heart to someone, it only means that you are giving them your love. That is why heart is yet another popular Valentine’s day symbol.
